Our Indian blue T5 has faded on the bottom half and roof and also has slight corrosion that needs addressing. The cost of a full respray is prohibitive so the preferred solution is to go two tone as the top half should polish up nicely. I feel a light colour on the bottom half will make the van look top heavy and wonder if this is why it’s difficult to find examples? Indian blue isn’t my favourite colour but as we seem to be stuck with it, has anyone gone two tone with it? We’re considering night blue or similar on the bottom but would be interested to see if anyone’s done similar?

Most people go with a lighter colour on the top half and yeah I've done a bit of goggling and can find nothing that really goes with Indian blue on the top

Update: we went for Night Blue on the bottom, kept Indian Blue on the top and are really pleased with the results. Posting pics as I really struggled to find any examples of vans with a dark top and even darker bottom (first two are the best I could find of the ‘before’). It looks almost black on these pictures but more blue in the sun. We also did a facelift from T5 to 5.1.

I have no clue concerning the actual costs but have you considered having your car Wrapped or part Wrapped You could choose practically any colours, design or pattern. It might be cheaper than a respray. I am sure that others on here will give a better clue to the realities and possibilities.
