Team Devonports.

Hi the team...
Sorry to disturb you but i have some metaphysics questions.
I bought a set of 4 devonports (Which was factory fitted for a 'cali 150HP 4motion fitted with big brakes) part number 7E0 601 025 P, ET55 with 235 tyres load rated 103 which has 7500 miles (very good conditions, at least 6-7 mm left)
I saw on the web that there are many differents parts of Devonport. The T32 with small brakes has the art number 7E0 601 025 with letter N, ET56 with 215 tyres
I have a long version 150 hp T32 caravelle 9 seats factory fitted with small brakes and 16" steel
In France
- transporter for craftsman
- caravelle for carrying people (until 9 seats)
- multivan (7 seats not more, not less) for High end
- california / ocean... for camping
In UK it is not the same commercial name, I think my model in UK is a transporter
I have 3 questions (correct me if i'm wrong)
1- According to this forum, i can use any kind of Devonports because all Devonports will support the weight of a T32 ?
2- Even if the factory devonport on a T32 is 215 tyres maybe 104/109 load rated, I can use the 235 because 103 load rating is enough ?
3- For those who have 4 motion and factory fitted with 235 tyres, what is the size of your spare wheel (my spare wheel is 215/65R16)?
Thanks in advance

1. ???
2. 103 equates to 875KG load
3. all 5 of my tyres are the same size so my spare is 235/55/17

Loz,
Thanks for your quick answer
For the question 1 --> Can I put the devonports (part number 7E0 601 025 P ET56) on my T32 ? Will these alloys fitted for the weight of a T32 ? Are there specific alloys for T32 ?
For the question 3 --> It's a litte bit tricky becase my spare wheel is 215/65R16 and in case of puncture, i don't know if my spare wheel will match with the 3 235/55R17 (ESP / ASR / ABS)

I have a t32 with Devonports removed and they are part number 7EO 601025 and et 56 so they are the ones:thumbsup:

No idea about question 3

Sorry all
The Devonport i bought is part number 7E0 601 025 P ET55
I made a mistake three post ago ... I would mean ET55 instead of 56.
It would be nice to have the part number and the ET of Devonports owner who have T32 with Big brakes :) (may be T32 with 204 HP)
Thanks for your patience and your kindness

Without taking this off topic, I have quite a few set of these, new and used for sale if anyone is interested?

Picking up my van 1st June. Went in to see it and wondered if they had left something in the suspension from delivery! They had a brand new set of Devonports in the showroom for £600, they have agreed to p/x my new Claytons so get to upgrade to Devonports for £300. And going for the 30mm dealer supplied springs. Hopefully look a bit better than this :)FA5E9E93-35E2-43A1-BF91-9606CFB301AE.jpeg

I put 50mm HR as I wasn’t convinced that 30mm would make much difference.

Would have liked to go lower, but it’s going to be on PCP so sticking with manufacturers approved parts
