T6 won’t start

My 2018 T6 California ocean has no ignition or dashboard lights. Battery is good. Checked with Carista. Error code 01320. Control module for climatic J255. Cleared fault but keeps coming back. Can anyone help?

Have you checked your fuses?

This will almost certainly be a fuse.

Have you had any work done on the van recently or added anything to it electrically?
