Head Unit vs Car Management system

I replaced the OEM FM Radio to a KENWOOD DMX7722DABS but Im unable to clear any errors on my dashboard as I now have no access to engine management system. I had a Ad Blue warning come on and an engine warning light came on at same time but I cant clear them. I have no controls or access to clear them? How do people clear the dashboard warnings with alternative DIN units? VW T6 2018

You would need to utilise a OBD reader: Carista (cheap) VCDS (expensive) and many in between
