T6 turbo issue

Hi guys I have a 2016 T6 driven it back and too to southern Spain a few times and this time back loss of power engine management light and coil light on. Took it to get checked and said I need a new turbo £3000. I’m looking to sell her to upgrade size to a crafter for those longer trips as I've just spent ££££££ on solar panel, reverse camera and new radio/carplay and new fiamma awning so really can’t afford this hefty price tag on top. Does anyone have any night ideas ? I.e. can you get second hand turbos or reclamation yards or do they have to be new ? Helllllp

You can always buy used turbochargers, have a look online.
First I would get a second or maybe even a third opinion with a breakdown of parts and labour.
