T6 Running lights

I have replaced the daytime running lights with LED’s on my 2018 T6. This has triggered the light failure warning light on the dash. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Either fit resistors across the bulbs or get the DRL bulb monitoring disabled with VCDS or similar

or get Canbus compatible LED's, I ran the ones from travelinlite in my DRL on my old H4's and they worked no issues.

I bought Canbus compatible LED ones and work a treat. The only problem here in Spain is when I take it for MOT (ITV here) I have to remove them as LED lights of amy form are banned here and fail the vehicle............. bugger.... but as it takes a few minutes to change happy enough.

I bought mine from vanstyle supposedly they don’t bring up a warning light, not had one yet so pretty happy

As above… get canbus free ones and you’ll be fine
Mine are and never had a problem
