T6 LED headlights with extra running lights

any one fitted the OE Spec VW DRL's with the factory LED lights?

I've heard you can do it on the xenon headlights but wondered about the newer LED headlights,

my dealer has got them in for me on my new van and said they not sure they can do it...

any help or instructions much appreciated

Have connected up a couple sets on LED vans and they worked fine with no faults, didn't use the optional relay either doesn't seem to need it

I have to ask why you’d want additional DRLs when you have the LEDs.

Why would you want to? The built in LED drls look far better than the OE add on ones that look very aftermarket

thought they looked pretty good plus could maybe have them on with dipped beam kinda thing?

I'll see if they want to give them ago will keep you guys updated with pics ect if they do

Make sure you keep hold of your original lower grills - the DRL plastics aren't quite as good a fit.

BTW - I have the DRL grills, losing them when I get my LED headlight upgrade up and running.
