T6 Headlamps Turn All Lights Off When Key Removed, Can This Be Deactivated?

My old T5 would leave the sidelights on if the key was removed whilst the headlamps are on. My new T6 doesn't do this, so I have to turn the headlamp switch back to sidelights when parking, then back to headlamps when setting off again. Because of the job I do I would prefer it behaved like the T5 did, is there a way to disable this?

I have achieved no lights by changing the DRL to go out when the handbrake is applied.
You would need vcds to do this.

I think you are referring to the tweak in thread Vcds Tweaks.

Thanks for the link MMI, but this is the opposite of what I want. It's an orange breakdown van on an 18 plate, I want the sidelights to stay on if I get out whilst the headlamps are turned on as it helps with visibility of the parked van. A colleagues 67plate does this, it's just mine turns them off like the link supplied by MMI above.

You can tweak it either way. The example is just the other way you need. Just need to turn the same control "bit" other way

Edit: Byte 24 Bit 0: untick ("0")
