T6 Factory Swivel Base Swap - Can It Be Done?

OK, here goes.....

We have 2 T6's:

1)Kombi with Heated & Factory Swivel Front Seats & SUNROOF.

2)Van with standard front seat with Height Adjust (Non heated)

Because the Factory Swivel Seat does not have height adjust & the Kombi has a Sunroof I find that my head is far to close to the roof.

A van witout Sunroof has more headroom due to the lack of mechanism in the lining.

I want to swap the Kombi's Swivel Base with the Base from the Van, thus keeping the Heated Elerments intact & giving me height adjust (I don't need swivel).

I have removed both seats but not entirely sure I can just unbolt the mechanisms, swap them over & re-fit.

The other option is to strip the upholstery & swap the heating elements but this looks like a fiddly & long whinded job.

Any advice please..........

Forgot to add....... The Swivel Seat will go into the Van as it's going through a Camper Conversion.
