T6 Eu6 MFSW Cruise

Afternoon all! Just bought my first T6, already have a Caddy.

Have been trawling through all the posts regarding adding cruise control. Any advice on what I need considering the spec of my van?

2018 EU6 T6 Startline with radar sensor for crash warning but no cruise control.

You can add basic CC with just the stalk.

Adaptive cruise is more involved..... MFSW, abs pump check, etc etc...

Interesting. Does my van have the hardware for ACC as it already has the radar assembly?

Not necessarily .

There are a few different radar units.

And a few different ABS units.

And differences between manual and DSG.

You can Add CC fairly easy.

ACC needs more investigation.

It's DSG, I have a MFSW from my other van.

Replace your MFSW buttons with ACC version and change your radar SWAP code(or replace the whole radar).
Plus coding adjustment as per below.

It is a 100% DIY job.
You just need to replace your MFSW buttons with 7E0959442A, exchange your radar and adjust the coding of your ECU(BYTE 5) & ABS(BYTE 17).
