T6 2016 non start

HI I have VW transporter t6 2016 2.0 I have problem,so car not start,no faults,so I find problem not coming 12v till tank pump ,I check relay fues all good any help please?

Are you saying the fuel tank lift pump is not running?

Have you tried making a temporary 12v connection to the pump to check the van starts?
It looks like you will need to use a multimeter to check the continuity of the individual wires and to check insulation values.

From what I remember there is a connector under the left hand seat.

Yes I try 12v van starts, so in this model how works everething?so from ECU power goes to relay?and after to fues?and to the tank fuel pump? thanks
