T6.1 lower dashboard switch blanking panel & SOS emergency error.

Hi, I have a T6.1, does anyone on here know where to buy the “lower” 2 dashboard switch blanking panels from? Can’t find them anywhere but have found the part number VL2 927 211 J. Also have the dreaded “SOS emergency in error” warning on the dash. Plugged carista in etc and cleared all faults, but the message still comes up on the dash each time you start up. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've just gone through the sos caution. New sos module battery, then reprogramed all fine now. Have a search on the forum, I put some pictures up.

What fault is coming back for sos?

Could be anything from software to hardware related.

@Steve heth after you fitted the new sos battery could you clear the error message with carista?? Some people are saying they need vcds to clear it. Thanks Al

That tells you not alot from a diagnosis point of view.
First and foremost get it scanned.
Don't start throwing parts at it until fully diagnosed.

Maybe someone local could scan your van.

I literally got this same fault yesterday.

I believe the tech said its possible to clear it with ODIS and VAG COM.
