Not sure about t30 brakes, but on the t32 big brakes you need a 9mm Allen key which is a b*****d size. Euro car parts have them for a fiver. You might also need a 10 mm spline bit.

In recent years, whenever pushing / winding in pistons I clamp off the rubber hose (with a specific plastic hose clamp) and open the bleed nipple - In theory stops any crud in the piston getting forced back up the line and overflowing master cylinder if its been topped up.
Worth replacing fluid / bleeding the brakes while you’re in there!

At the time, they advised that the rear pads were 90% worn.
which as we all know is an easy money spinner for them, I'm sure every time I've walked into the dealers they taken one look am me and the van and said "Pads & discs all round -Sir? " without even checking.
