I think you have the option when installing.

The two fixed singles are cheaper, there is an option for singles which can also slide towards each other to make a double.

It's an Autohaus Camelot. RIBs were standard. Options were probably DSG, leather & solar. Probably close to 65K new.

The chairs fold forward as you say, and make two single beds or push together to make one double.
