Belt, front brakes and pads, alternator replaced, oil service.
There are 2 small chip marks on passenger door where the corner has nicked against a wall when being opened.
But other than that, the van is in excellent condition for 12 years old

**major oil service just carried out on 23rd April @ just over £1000.
New oil pump, wet belt, sump gasket and oil change.
Also replaced the water pump and timing belt as advised by garage for total peace of mind.
