T6.1 2020 media unit Glitch

Media unit keeps getting stuck on the loading page? “Welcome Loading Profile”

Is this a software update issue?? Any thoughts on how to fix it

Worked fine for the first 12 months just started glitching last 6mnths. Sometimes it will clear if I do the 15second power button hold down but not always?
Very frustrating!!

Head unit ‘loading user profile’

I didn’t use my T6.1 for around 6 weeks, since then- 90% of the time the head unit gets stuck on the ‘loading user profile’ screen indefinitely. The side touch buttons still work to switch between CarPlay and Radio etc. but the display remains useless. This has been the case for around a month...
