T5.1 Led bulb lighting query

Hi guys I’ve just replaced my two main bulbs for LED in the T5.1 I see there is also the indicator lamps and one more small lamp In the corner. Any ideas what the smaller lamp is called and would this need upgrading to led also?

So now on testing in the dark I have the following.
lights switched off- bright led light like DRL
light switch in first position. Normal light dull orange (side lights??)
Headlights on - bright led similar to lights off.
main beam- brighter led lighting.
Is it the side lighting lamps i need to replace?
