I have for sale my swamper wheel and tyre set-up. Purchased from Volkstrek just after Christmas, they have been fantastic in the recent bad weather, deep snow etc though have never been used off road.
Only reason for sale is that I am starting to do lots of motorway mileage for work, so looking to go down the lowered route and get hold of some Amarok steels or similar.
The wheels are 16 x 8 GOJO steel in a satin black type of finish, they are 5 x 120 have the same CB as T6 wheels so no need for spigot rings. There are a couple of stone chips on the rim faces you would have to get up really close to notice them. They will come with black satin 60-degree taper bolts which include a set of lockers. NOTE - Centre caps not included.
Tyres are BF Goodrich KO2 and are 235/70/16 104 Load Rated. They are M&S Stamped and can vouch for their ability in the snow but never had the need to test the mud. I have done around 2k miles on them and they are showing 11.5mm on the front and 12mm on the rear.
They have been brilliant on my T6 and have handled the local pot-holed road flawlessly. I would be reluctant to sell if it wasn’t for the mileage I’d be doing on them.
Just for reference, other than the wheels my van is completely standard.
I am asking for £800 collected from Barnsley, South Yorkshire (S75). I will be travelling between Barnsley and Northwich, Cheshire most weeks so am willing to meet somewhere en-route if needs be. Buyer may arrange for courier collection if needed.
