Embarrassing question but, I don't want to screw anything up so I'll ask it anyway.
I went to fit my new wheels this evening that came with plastic spigot rings however, I got a bit confused that I couldn't fit the wheel on with the spigot.
On reflection, I think maybe there are already metal spigot rings that have probably bonded themselves to the hub? There's no spacer here right?
