It has to be a main dealer and be a Motability one, @Sasquatch is spot on. Our only trouble is that the next nearest one isn’t exactly local to us and easy to get to to drop the car off etc. it’s not like we can take the car and come back in a loan vehicle as van centres never seem to have loan vehicles and certainly none adapted for wheelchairs etc.
It is what it is so we will just have to cope but at least it seems to be running ok again at the moment.
