Stop/Start - change Default to OFF - HOW?

Hi Folks

Brand new T6 DSG. Really not enjoying the stop/start being switched on by default. Most of my driving i'm only stopped for a second or two at a junction, so my preference would be for it to default to off, and then me choose when to activated it if I were in heavy congestion.

Has anyone managed to switch this off by default - if so how?

Not yet to my knowledge, people are still playing though so hopefully in time someone will figure it out

I can do it for you, how far are you from warrington?

But only permanently off tho

You could try keeping your headlights and aircon on. If the electrical load is significant it won't stop/start.
