Still 2 month warranty but dealer have no time to see my van…

Hi all
I am owner of t6 shuttle 2019 bought last April in Cordwallis at Heathrow . Just been contacted that my van needs to breake fluid change, almost 3 years old. Ok. No prob. Even tomorrow. But when I told about others problems showing on obd11 ( door signals, pomp stuck ) I was told that they don’t have free time to see my van until my warranty finish. It’s still 2 months on warranty. Cordwallis Heathrow any comment if you read this forum ?

As long as you book it whilst its in warranty and tell them you want warranty work done, it should no problem.

Someone will be along shortly... but i think i read in here your VW warranty is good @ any VW dealer.

i would think the brake fluid change would be a Service item unless you have a service deal in place.

have you the service history book in a minor service with oil / filter change and brake fluid and brake pad check while they have it they might sing a different tune .....

As above you can go to any dealer, or book it in now and get in writing from the service manager that the work will be performed under warranty.
Two months is good, Porsche quoted me November when i called last week.... I just laughed....

Or get it taken in by VW Assist if it develops any warning light somehow...they get priority as part of the contract.

So even if asked if I can drive they just did not know. Maybe some of you can tell me if this is something big or not?

Got my big service done in January in Cordwallis. No talk about brake fluid, guy who did service did not recognise that my mileage was in kilometres and put it in miles, ~26700 instead of ~16700
So they have time to do something I have to pay but if this is warranty issue then I was told to go to other vw service to book appointment. I was told too that they don’t want to see me after warranty finish even if I report problems before it’s end. Then I called guy from them who sold van to me, he told me to call road assistance and tell them “I don’t want to drive this van, take it to vw Center and give me courtesy one”. I’ll call tomorrow then…
BTW it’s nice to keep it in London as CC free

Is that all OBDeleven tells about the fault? No additional data - date, mileage, priority, frequency, etc.
E.g. similar to this

If the additional information is missing, it means the fault log is just a historical log and indicates the fault had happened quite some time ago (at least more than 1000 km ago). More importantly, it also means that VW ODIS diagnostics doesn't even show the fault - thus it would be just waste of time to visit a garage.

Below scan of my obd. I have other faults with doors too. If cold outside they did not close. Another problem is start/ stop which is little crazy. BTW if can decide to clean dpf then we should see it on dashboard to keep motor running, any chance to program it?
Now I have appointment with vw Center before my warranty finish.
And now I know that is problem with adblue pump which is not important and I can drive until visit in vw garage. Thanx for all help .

Not sure if 03301 and 03302 are treated the same... they have occurred only once on both doors... at the same time... anything special at odometer 28516 km (17719 miles)...
