Steering wheel leather loose

I have a Highline and I've recently noticed, when turning, a bit of movement in the leather to the steering wheel around the 3 o'clock position. There doesn't appear to be any giveaways visually. Does anyone know if the leather is glued to the wheel, or is it just stitched?

Even better, a possible resolution.
