Steering Wheel Change (possibly)

Hi guys
I have a startline van I’m looking to tart up a bit, the question is can i up grade the steering wheel to a leather multifunction wheel, the wheel is a genuine T6 Sportline wheel, i no that the buttons wont work which doesn’t matter, steering wheel comes on its own (no air bag, or front cover) will it be a straight swap? Prt no, 7E0419091REGZ

Here is one to start you off steering wheel

If the wheel is from a T6 it’s a straight swap and you can reuse your airbag
As you say the buttons won’t work but if you add the correct steering wheel wiring loom (£40-50) if it doesn’t have one and add another couples cables from the wheel connector into the dash you can get them working
You will need some cabling for it to allow the horn to work so if it does t come with any loom I’m not 100% you can reuse your existing steering wheel wires but should be ok ?

It’s pretty easy, check you tube for videos as there is a bit of a knack to getting the airbag off
You will need a large spline bit to get the steering wheel bolt out
