Steering rack part number problem

Hi all, I've got a 2016 t6 t32
Steering has alot of play and have had it to a garage who replaced steering column parts which didn't fix the problem. After looking at it my self you can hear/feel a nock in the steering rack it's self.

I've gotten the part number from my rack which is
7e2422055g

All searches I'm doing online brings nothing at all for that part number but alot of search results are showing another part number that is exactly the same apart from the last letter which is

7e2422055k

Can anyone tell me if this means that rack will be different or will it be the same and a new part number with some upgrades/fixes etc over my rack.

Just really struggling to find anything under my part number

Just because it has a part number on it doesnt always mean its available, sometimes there are production part numbers and different ones for parts as spares and sometimes items are only available as a component part of a larger piece etc
