STARLINK (Satellite Internet and WIFI) -- How I Done It --

I'm not so sure if will work behind the windscreen glass on my van? Heated windows and solar stuff?
my only real test of my starlink was driving from Lincs to Norfolk. Starlink on the dash board. Heated screen and solar stuff on roof. I hit a good 100mbs download while driving so no alignment or anything so I think you should be good on the dash

I'll try this at BF,..

And behind the thermal screen cover,

And standard screen cover.

Watching this guy's review, basically come to the same conclusions as me.

The 0.5 MB per second speed is perfect for all the basic internet stuff.

Based around a single user being on it 24/7.

When him and his family all jumped on at the same time it slowed down to a crawl.

So if you're on standby and there's only one or two of you and your low data users you should be fine.

But if you're a heavy data user or there's loads of you then the standby won't have enough bandwidth to keep you happy.

Will it run the cerbo and your ring camera though! And the 'tunes'!

Nice upgrade but probably not worth it if you have the first gen already. Is that the agreed take?
The Mini has the router built into the dish which means most users would need to be near the dish. The bigger dish allows you to bypass the supplied router and put a better one in to address wifi coverage issues
