i was looking to insulate my van which is bare at moment

what is your experience guys

shall i stick to Sound deadening and insulation and recycled plastic sheets ?

what are Pros and coins if the insulation of Foam ?

I had exactly the same thought. I would rather pay a bit more for gas/diesel to heat the van, than have that covering up everything.

really do not do it , the foam will distort the panels on your van
