SportineLine wheels in Copper???

Hi Everyone,
My sportline rims are in need of a refurb, white worm in the lacquer and some curb rash.
My van is (i think) acapulco blue. Light blue metallic.
So thinking if a dark copper power coat for the wheels would work and look ok?
Anyone gone down this route? Any pics or photoshop pls?
Thoughts anyone???

We know the feeling! Our Sportline wheels got the white worm after 12 months. The dealer actually said "Its because you take it out on the road!".
After realising we were dealing with a total muppet I got a brilliant lady called Laura from VW in Sheffield to sort out the problem. The wheels were replaced, however, after 18 months the worm came back. To fix the problem once and for all I got A1 Wheels at Bilston near Wolverhampton to strip and powder coat them in silver. That was just before the coronation, Job Done!
As for colour choice the dark copper should look good, but use AI to get various images to make sure. Good luck!

As a related aside, I had the same problem with the wheels in my XC90.

After 2 replacement sets the problem returned, so Volvo said that if I wanted to I could get them powder coated locally and they would reimburse me. I did, and they were as good as their word. Can't see VW efer being that helpful.

I think the dark copper colour would look smart.
