SOS fault, is it a MOT failure?

The SOS system is showing as faulty and there's an amber warrning light (triangle) on the dashboard. Does anyone know if this would result in a MOT failure? If not I think I'll just live with it. Thanks

Its fine, the system isnt a testable item and that type of wally light isnt a failure either.
