Soft close sliding door retrofit

F11 is on the sliding door lock which is on the back edge of the sliding door. The soft close version of the door latch has an electric contact inside. The standard part doesn’t have the connector. I bought a used one

Do you want to fit the soft close as in the motor on the latch or the power sliding door?

I fitted soft close to my t5.1. Have you got a plunger door switch on the C post?

Hi, I want install soft close as in the motor on the latch only, and yes, i have plunger door contact switch in C pillar. Why please?
