Sloshing diesel noise from cab

Anyone else hear the diesel sloshing around in tank when full in there 6.1?
Never had this in my T6,s

I would say it was more noticeable in my old T6 than my 6.1, but I do have more sound proofing now.

I've heard as well, mine is a t6.1 74 plate - thought it was just me

Not heard it in my T6.1 mate. I brim mine then let it go down to 2 bars (Digital Dash).
Strange one.

Don't hear it in mine either, and certainly don't have music on to obscure it!

I can hear it directly after I’ve filled up but then don’t notice it again until the next time I fill up. Always brim it so I guess there’s a gap between the top of the tank and whatever baffles it has in the tank maybe (T6)

Most noticeable when stoping at lights and the engine cuts out, you hear it sloshing front to back.

I just ignore it.

Nothing can be done apart from turning off the stop start.

Well, I learnt that one “They All Do That Sir” after owning my new factory built Caterham back in 2002. . It’s their standard reply for everything every time it was in for warranty work.

When we collected our van from the dealer it was running on fumes, but even so, when I stopped at the first filling station to fill it and it got to over 90 quid, I started thinking there was a hole in the tank Then when we pulled out, the weird sloshing started. I soon got used to both! The sloshing seems to stop fairly quickly, only really notice it immediately after brimming it.

Fit some all terrain tyres you won’t hear it then.

I get it in mine when I turn the van off.
