Over the past week I’ve had a few moments where I’ve had to run out the front of the house because the alarm has been going off on my van.
Upon inspection the MFD displays the side door is open, but it is not.

Today while driving along I hit a small pothole the MFD display pinged side door open and interior light came on then went off again.
Is this a connector or sensor issue? Just wondering if I can call up my garage and see if it’s covered under my extended warranty.

Hi... I had a similar fault recently...Flashing switch slide door open ....the door electric contacts will overtime get dirty and vibrations will also create a dirty contact....firstly I’d clean them to eliminate the basics...don’t use anything abrasive ..get some electrical contact spray ( Halfords sell it )
