Sliding Door Rust

Hi, noticed a bit of rust developing around the corner of the sliding door (2019 t6)
I've loads of free time at the moment so thinking it shouldn't be too difficult to sort myself if anyone has any tips?
Also that seal doesn't look to be sitting right?

After a lot of you tubing I bit the bullet and cleaned it all up. Wasn't as bad as it looked and the actual rust was very superficial. Just need to apply rust convertor, prime and paint, its out of the way enough that I can tolerate any paint mismatch.

However back onto the seal, has anyone a picture of what the seal should look like? Investigating more suggests it's been glued back in place at some point which I'm guessing wasnt a factory fix.

I suspect the rust is coming from inside the door skin, spraying some waxoyl or similar inside might slow it down.

Yes I think the seal is knackered and water has got in.

Rain can get in through sliding windows even when closed and / or door handle if the tundish inside has separated from the door skin.

Update, cleaned it all up and painted it (overspray on the seal cleaned up, small gap in masking)
Lots of learning points, camera angle hides a bit of a whopper.
