Over the past 18 months I’ve had an issue with the bottom door corners rusting to both front doors on my 2018 T6.
Had them repaired and resprayed for them to then go rusty again within 12 months.
I think the issue was originally caused by front vanstyle mud guards rubbing of the door corners when opening and closing rubbing the lacquer off, these have since been changed.
Having running with Leighton’s LV1 wheels fitted and them being wide and on the line of the doors, the doos are now exposed to getting battered by mud and road debris chipping away at the corner of the doors. I do fairly low mileage.
Anyone else have this issue and found a solution or protection ?
