Sliding Door Issues

My 2015 Caravelle has twin electric sliding doors, both sides are now rubbing on the wheel arches, door trim is straight, VW have adjusted the bottom bracket as far as it can go but still catching. They say it needs to go to a body shop for adjustment?
When open I can move the door away from the wheel arch but it doesn’t seem to have any tension and next time I open it touches the wheel arch again.
Any advice welcome please I had assumed it was worn rollers or spring but JCT reckon they are all ok………

The sliding door trim panels have an inherent sag that VW should have fixed themselves.

This kit has a mount that glues to back of your existing door card to hold a new plastic trim pin, which pushes into an existing hole in the door frame.

Although I have bought this kit for both sliding doors in my Caravelle I havent got around to doing anything with them due to life and general crap getting in the way.

That looks to be exactly the same kit

I bought two sets from the Etsy listing and they were delivered very quickly.

Unfortunately we've been moving house for the last couple of months so I haven't been able to poke or prod the van as everything non move related has been on hold.

I've now got a load of errors concerning improbable signals from what seems to be the entire drive train and body so I'll be attending to that before I can get back round to the sliding door trim slouch issue.
