Silding Door, Lower Roller Wheel Directly On Paint?

i have some wear on where the roller goes directly on paint. I guess it will rust soon... is this the same on your T6? My sharan had a steel plate for the roller to roll against

Not yet enough experience on T6. But my old T5 with same construction after 10 years - wear yes - rust no. I had a few ideas how make that better but as there where no other signs but just wear, I cleaned 2-3 times a year the roller path and made sure the roller was rolling (but never had to do anything on that and doubt that garage did neither). So I do hope the construction is still the same.
