As a student I was running my own detailing business and was giving courses (machine polishing, prep work..)
With two kids, job and house I had to dial it down.
Good wash with a shampoo of choice, plenty of water and some spray wax 80% of the time.
I just do it regular, 2 buckets, several wash mitts, always clean towels.
Machine polishing once a year to get the love marks out.

Made the most of the mild weather and gave the old gal a wash.
Just picked the van up from having a stage 1 paint correction. Defo shiney saturday here
