Belfast - safe and secure parking for my bus for the day

So our wild Atlantic way adventure is starting and we’re looking to plan our final day in Belfast on the way back home.

Does anyone have any advice for somewhere safe to park my pride and joy for the day as we do. Some sight seeing - a super shiny and immaculate LWB bus, so a bit of a looker (if I do say myself) and I’m worried about it attracting the (unwanted) attention of undesirables…

Any suggestions welcomed.

Thanks in advance peeps

A good shout I would think could be the carpark at the SSE Odyssey.

A short walk into the city centre and can also explore the Waterfront and depending on plans be close to Titanic Museum etc. Depends on how far you want to walk!

The carpark layout is good for a lwb in my opinion.

A few years ago I stayed at Dundonald Touring Park which is fairly close to Belfast and a 30 minute bus ride away from a stop 10 minutes walk from the site. TBH, the site itself wasn't much cop but it was OK for a couple of nights and nowadays Belfast is well worth a visit. IIRC an early evening taxi back to the site from the city was about £15 at the time but it's probably gone up since then. As an aside, Belfast nowadays bears no comparison to the city of old and it's no longer dodgy, at least not in the centre - indeed, it's a very nice place (and I can remember it when things weren't so rosy as I used to go there for work during the troubles!).

Your van has a more likely chance of getting robbed in England. If your not looking EHU, any avabile public car space will do.

If you haven’t been, go to the Titanic experience and do the guided tour, there is a large carpark nearby, there is also an underground carpark but think it’s 2meters, enjoy the WAW, we only had time for the northern Ireland section, which was amazing, looking forward to going out again to continue the trip south, post some pics of your trip
