VW Commercial Van Centre in Liverpool has one of the best reputations on the forum for this area, I went there as Trafford Park VW was closed during lockdown. Not seen a bad review on here yet. I'll be going there when I need servicing.Hi everyone. Not long had my T6 and was hoping to take it for a full service. Any VW transporter specialists in the north west area? It also needs a cambelt in a few months too.
thanks I’m advance

I followed same advice, gave Trafford Park a wide berth and drove to Liverpool. It wasn't worth the journey. They were poor. My advice would be if its in warranty to use your closest dealer, prepare for them to be awful and a fight and get on the phone to customer services straight away if you have issueVW Commercial Van Centre in Liverpool has one of the best reputations on the forum for this area, I went there as Trafford Park VW was closed during lockdown. It went in for an MOT and 3 minor warranty issues. None of the warranty issues were resolved they just didn't seem to be that interested from the start. They did the bare minimum. The drain was cleaned for the notorious leaky side window - leaked the very next day, an adblue software update had never been heard of before, and the best of which was a faulty internal passenger courtesy light - it never switches off. They assured me it was fine, I asked them to check again. I was assured it was fine again and that the main supervisor himself had also checked it and deemed it working. I drove home with the light on......Why where they so poor?

Needless to say I didn't go back. Went to Stoke instead who after making an initial good impression have not been any better, 6 months on wasting a lot of my time and fuel for numerous round trips and fixing the light is still ongoing...
I see from comments in the 'All In 'warranty thread that this mirrors other experiences at nearly all but a handful of dealerships.
