Self levelling headlights not working.

I’ve finally found the problem with my headlight levelling. The arm at the back has parted company with the ball joint which links into the silver arm. Anyone have any part numbers to repair this ?
It went to VW Derby to investigate in March and they apparently adjusted the headlights for £117
