seats - inter change base and back foam?

can you inter change base and back foam from passenger to drivers seat? also can u put arm rests on?

Not sure about swapping the foam, but yes armrests can be added to the standard vw seats as i had them fitted to the single passenger seat when i got them reupholstered.
