Seat belt guide fitment

Bought a set of these to put on the rear seat belts i got.
As they are a one piece mold, there is no way i can see to thread them onto the belt.
Is it possible to remove the belt from the roller, to thread it on?
If not. Why would a shop sell me something tht cannot be fitted?

How about putting a saw cut through the thin bar and sliding the belt through? Once fitted you won’t see the cut.
If you are not used to making neat cuts use a hand mitre saw.

@WeeLee did you guys ever figure out how to do this without cutting the guide?

I broke the clip off one when removing parts to carpet line...

Cut them as shown, then cover them in four way stretch black suede. Job done.
