Hi all,
Recently finished a self build on a t5.1. Really happy with how it’s turned out, we’ve got the works. Full off grid electrics, inverter, solar, mains hookup, pop top, nice kitchen and cupboards etc etc. however, we’ve cheaped out on the rnr bed and are now starting to regret it. We paid £500 all in for a 3/4 width rock and roll bed, it’s MOT compliant, don’t need anything more as there’s only the two of us.
We have tried a panda topper, also a well regarded sim that fits the bed perfectly, however still cannot get a decent nights sleep. The bed we have has super soft memory foam cushions which don’t appear to be the best quality, this is apparent when sitting for any more than 2 minutes and even worse when sleeping. The frame isn’t the best either, It’s super light and clunky, paint is chipping off and it’s left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, solid 3\4 width (112cm) rnr bed that is comfy and easy to operate? I would love a gas assisted one however it’s not 100% necessary.
Cheers, I look forward to your input and recommendations.
