I’m currently converting my T6.1 Highline 4Motion LWB here in the UK and focusing on a high-comfort, all-electric off-grid build (no gas, no water).
As I am 1.89m tall, sleeping comfort is my #1 priority. I’m planning to use the Froli Star spring system and a custom memory foam mattress, so I need a solid, high-quality bed platform.
I really like the Ovano LWB concept for the extra storage it provides, but I’m looking to DIY it to perfectly integrate my electrical setup and Webasto ducting.
Does anyone have (or can point me to) CNC-ready DXF/SVG files for a LWB folding bed system? I’m planning to have it cut from Hexa-board locally. Since it’s a LWB, I’d love to take advantage of the extra length to ensure the bed is around 2m+ when extended.
I am more than happy to pay a fair price for high-quality, proven files. I value the time and engineering that goes into these designs and would rather support a fellow member or creator than get something generic for free.
Any help, shared files, or recommendations for CNC designers would be greatly appreciated!
