Retrofitting Tailgate Glass, Wiper and Controls

Is it possible to get a window fitted which includes the wiper, washer and is heated?

I can find loads of aftermarket examples with or without the wiper hole but nothing with a heated window, and certainly nowhere that seems to offer such a fitting service.

Is this something that can be fitted and can anyone recommend a fitter in the south east please?

Its possible but there will be no wiring in the vehicle for these extras
If you wanted to add it in a factory style you would need to replace the wiper stalk to include control for rear wiper and you would need to replace the heating controls to include the button for rear heating so gets expensive and its no 5 minute job !

Ah, thanks. I thought that might be the case. Particularly regarding the stalk control and the rear heat button.

I've added a tailgate to my van and it isn't a quick or cheap job.

My tailgate had a window and wiper which means a new stalk (yet to buy) and heater controls (£10 from a Golf). I'll also need a new screen wash bottle and hose because the window has a wash wipe.

The door lock requires an extra cable running to the BCM which is a job to do over Christmas. Still worth upgrading in my opinion. My tailgate was £500 more than the barn door once you include in the £300 for LED lights.

Do you have any photos or diagrams of the install? I have the rear wiper and the stalk. No wiring going to fuse SB30 but can't find a wiring diagram anywhere.

Just seen I need to pay for membership, does this in include T5. I have a 2008 T32 T5 with a T6 facelift front and rear. Just before I get a VIP and it's only T6 information.
