Retrofit foam support for towbar.

Hello... how difficult is it to retro fit the foam supports on the towbar, after bumper has been fitted.
Mine was delivered without these fitted. Is it a job for dealer..if so, roughly how long time needed.

Pop the bumper off, de-grease metal work and stick on pads. 1/2 hour, 1 hour max.

I fitted the tow bar on mine and managed to snap a load of clips on the bumper bracket (only £14!). On the other side I raided the kitchen drawer and used 6 knives (Cutlery nothing sharp!) to release the ‘barbs’ holding the bumper
