Retro fitting heating in b pillar

Anyone retro fitted a diesel heater underslung and vented to cab via the b pillar ?
Any fitter recommendations, esp Scotland or north England.

Webasto, hd controller , inlet and outlet silencers, Vw pillar trims, and all the associated parts which are a lot to do this install £1999.00
