Refit crash impact bar

Removing tow bar at weekend. got new bumper , bumper insert and impact bar.

Can anybody tell what size and length of the 8 bolts that hold the impact bar onto chassis please.

No 29 is M8 26mm collared bolt

I fitted a towbar to mine recently so prob have those bolts kicking around the garage floor, will have a look later and see what i can find, you are welcome top them if i can find them

Had a look and found 4 bolts that I’m pretty sure we’re the ones holding the crash bar on
Not sure of there should be 4 or 8 can’t quite remember ?

There is only 4 according to the parts catalogue

I was thinking there was 8 as there are 4 holes in the mounts each side. if there are only 4 listed in parts catalogue that is what I will fit.

Thank you for your offer Paul. I have ordered some stainless steel ones earlier from screw fix. I do appreciate your help. Ian

Stainless steel will be nowhere near as strong as the high tensile steel bolts.

I will take them back and exchange for high tensile steel bolts. Not removing bar till weekend. thanks for advice
