Rear speakers popped now just hiss??

Hi
Got in the van yesterday started driving with no music on. we heard a little pop then rear speakers now just hiss loudly. only way to stop is turn stereo off so now can't use the satnav
any ideas?

Fade out the rear speakers just use the front speakers if they still hiss disconnect them at the rear speaker till you get it fixed

Try a radio reset?

Press and hold volume knob till you see the boot screen...... About 30sec.

Try a full power reset..

Is this in a Kombie, Caravelle ? Are they aftermarket etc ?

I suggest getting it plugged into VCDS, as this will give you information regards to speakers
