Afternoon , will there be seat runners under the rubber matting in the rear of my van or should they be on top of the rubber if they are already there ?

There are no runners in your van. It’s a Kombi. The rear seats are fixed in place

You can fit a 3 seater bench like this



You’d have to fit additional brackets to the floor - the same as the ones the other rear seats clip into. You’d also need more rear seat belts. The fixing points are already in the van.
